Makes 35-50 Gulab jamuns<br>Total Time taken 40 mins<br><br>Ingredients:<br>• 500 gm khoya(Mawa)<br>• 500 gm Sugar<br>• 5 tbsp all purpose flour (Maida)<br>• 1 tsp Cardamom Powder<br>• Water<br><br>Making Sugar Syrup<br>1. Put the pan on fire and add 3 cups of water to it.<br>2. Add 500 gms of sugar in water and stir on high flame until sugar dissolve completely.<br>3. Put the fire on low flame for next 4-5 minutes once the sugar solution is ready.<br>4. Put off the flame, cover the pan and keep it aside.<br><br>For Gulab jamun dough<br>1. Take 500 gm of khoya .<br>2. Add 5 tbsp of all purpose flour to it.<br>3. Mix it and knead it in dough.<br>4. Keep sprinkling little water while kneading to give it a soft and smooth texture.<br>5. Add 1 tsp of cardamom powder to the dough and knead it.<br>6. Take small portion of dough in your hand and make small balls.<br><br>Making Gulab Jamun<br>1. Heat ghee in a frying pan.<br>2. Put 4-5 balls in it and fry it on a low flame.<br>3. Keep flipping the balls very slowly until the color changes to golden brown.<br>4. Once the balls are ready, put them in sugar syrup solution. Make sure the sugar syrup solution is hot when you are putting the balls in it.<br>5. Keep flipping the balls in between in the syrup.<br>6. Let them soak for at least 30-40 mins.<br>7.
